Abstract

The main objective of this proposal is to implement the planification of the manufacturing resources in the company AldoDiego&Co to optimize its productivity. After analyzing the main factors that affects the productivity in the logistic and production area, we proceed to apply the proposal by implementing the MRP II system for the materials supply obtaining the efficient management of resources. Thanks to the implementation of the proposed model, the planning of production and the quality of the budgets got better.
