A critical scenario of a magnitude 8.0 Mw earthquake is presented with epicenter in Lima, after which it is necessary to distribute humanitarian aid to 4 626 victims in San Borja and San Luis. The scenario works under the assumption that the affected population will have to approach the selected park in order to receive aid goods. The proposal is divided into two parts: the first is responsible for locating the temporary warehouses with the k means algorithm and then determining the optimal distribution route starting from the selected warehouses.en_US
